Sooo Happy!
We are so happy that we chose Matrix to refinish our basement. It is beautiful...exactly what I had imagined it could be! Right from the start, each and every person that we worked with were there to fulfill our dream. Special kudos to Rico and his team of workers. They did an excellent job from start to finish. Anything I needed, anything I wanted, all I had to do was ask. Rico was there for us literally 24 hour a day, 7 days a week. He listened to our questions and concerns and followed through on every single detail we worried about. The team he put together was fantastic. They were very knowledgeable, professional, respectful and detail orientated. A special thank you to Barbara, (painter) Charley (tile magician) and Victor (jack-of-all-trades)! Their hard work and generosity with their time was much appreciated. I highly recommend Matrix Basement System from start to finish. If I had to do it over again...I wouldn't change a thing. Thank you to all the players that made this happen!
