Outstanding!!! Every subcontractor was courteous, punctual, and a master at their area of expertise. My family is greatly impressed by the pride in workmanship of the workers and even going so far as to make suggestions that were not part of the initial plan and blueprint. The framers in conjunction with the HVAC, plumber, and electrician moved and rearranged ductwork and plumbing and provided thin disc like ceiling lighting all of which gave us an additional 6 inches of cringe height in the finished basement. Ron did a great job communicating with us and the subcontractors so that the work was done efficiently and as planned. I recommend this company with 5 out 5 stars without hesitation or reservation for any basement or bathroom remodeling you may be planning.
New basement bathroom
Matrix was great to work with. Anytime I had a question about anything I could either use the app or reach out to our project manager Ron and would have a quick response. The day they quoted the job being done and actual finish date was with 2 days which I feel is impressive since we they had to run rip up the basement foundation floor to run all new plumbing. Working with their trades team was great, one in particular was Jeremy the electrician who would text me the night before and give me an ETA on when he would be there, which we appreciate with different work schedules. Would definitely recommend matrix to anyone looking to have work done.
Awesome Work
We really wanted to make this the perfect entertaining and family space in our home and from the start the team of individuals from Ron the project manager to the carpentry team of Grant & Neil to Jeremy the electrician just a bunch of really experienced and awesome people to work with, answering questions, and making sure I was satisfied every step of the way. The basement turned out beautifully and I look forward to the family fun and events for years to come. Would definitely recommend the Matrix team for your next home remodel.

I have nothing but great things to say about our experience working with Matrix Home Solutions. The process was smooth from the very beginning. Everything went up very quickly and we are very happy with the speediness and quality of the work. The framing guys were great by ensuring what went up met what we were looking for. Gerardo was one of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen not only with this project but in general. He came to do the walls, doors, trim, etc. He went above and beyond what we could have imagined. Gerardo was very clear on what his plans were for his work, gave me education on what looks best based on his experience, and always encouraged us not to be shy about pointing things out if they needed to be touched up because he truly wanted customer satisfaction (even if it created more work for him.) He was incredibly respectful coming into our home, very approachable, and professional. Thank you, Gerardo, for everything! Your hard work really made the whole thing come together at the very end! Our experience with Matrix was fantastic from start to finish. To begin we met with one of their sales reps, Jeremey, and he came to our house for a free quote and design layout. The attention Jeremy gave to our vision for the basement was precise to every detail. By the time our quote was finished we knew exactly what it would look like, and the total price. It was incredible to actually see what we would be paying for in its entirety before ever spending a cent. And YES, the actual finished product is EXACTLY what the initial design layout showed!! As for the actual project, our Field Manager Rick was amazing!! He oversaw everything from the first framed wall, until the final doorknob was installed. Consistent communication whenever questions or changes occurred, along with multiple site visits each week, ensured that we were never out of the loop or left to guess about where our project was, or who would be coming each day. We even made a few changes at different points of construction, and Rick communicated with the crews and everything proceeded without delay. Our experience, which as stated before was fantastic from start to finish, is a direct reflection of Rick and his efforts. In short, you could not find a better company to put your faith and trust in to get your basement done correctly, with quality and professionalism. We are beyond happy to know that we will enjoy our new basement for years to come!!
Finished Basement
My husband and I purchased our home summer of last year. Our baby was due in Dec and we were going to have a bunch of family come and stay a month with us. So we needed our unfinished basement complete. We got quotes everywhere and some were good quotes but not close to the deadline when our family would be here to enjoy. We came across Matrix we saw Jeremy first, who came in to our home to help us put on paper what we had envisioned for our basement. Personally I did not think it would come to life the way the digital print was shown. But man, I was wrong! It came out BETTER! The whole staff and contractors were amazing, courteous, and fast! Neo and Grant were our favorite contractors that worked on our basement. And Ron ensured everything on the blueprint was completed from the biggest thing to the smallest detail in our basement! He even did some of the work himself. Ron listened to our ideas and concerns and made it all happen! We are beyond happy that they finished this project for us! We couldn’t of picked a better company for the job! We will be recommending Matrix to our friends!
Dream Family Basement
Diving into a basement project is scary!! It is a lot of money and a lot of time. I am so happy I selected to use Matrix. My project manager was Ron. His attention to detail and timeliness was exceptional. I am so glad I had a project manger and I didn't need to be one. The basement project turned out exactly what I imagined. I now have a space for my family to expand into and enjoy so leisure time! We love spend time in our new basement!! The walls, trim, window, floor, doors, lights, HVAC, and all the other items were done to perfection!
Ranch Basement Refinish
We had a great experience with Matrix and we are very happy with the end result. The team that took our project from start to finish was very thorough and always ready to answer any questions or discuss any adjustments to our timetable. They were extremely accommodating and always pleasant to work with. Specifically Suzy our scheduler, Jim our Carpenter, and Ron our Project Manager did great jobs for us and made sure we were satisfied with the process throughout. Amazing!
Hearing about the hassles of a bathroom remodel and how expensive it is had obscured the possibility of doing one. I saw an Ad with Matrix and decided to give it a try. I’m glad I took a leap of faith because the process was easy and work done was amazing! Jesse and Ron did an amazing job! Left my wife and myself speechless! Clean, professional and very respectful of our home. We love our new bathroom !
