We contracted Matrix Home Solutions to for our basement remodel. Wow! Truly an amazing job! The project was finished right on schedule. The project manager and his staff were extremely professional, helpful, and overall great. The end result was better than expected. Thank you Matrix!!!

Ali Mokachar the Design Consultant came to our house today. Answered all our questions and let us know what he could do for us. We will be replacing our tub. We had a great conversation. I am confident they will do an excellent job.
GREAT WORKMANSHIP
TIM AND TRAVIS FROM THE KALAMAZOO OFFICE REMOVED OUR TUB AND TILE AND INSTALLED A WALKIN IN SHOWER FOR US TODAY. THEY DID AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND THE BATHROOM LOOKS GREAT. COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL THEY GET 5 STARS PLUS ! THANK YOU FOR MY NEW SHOWER!.

It was great working with matrix for our basement finish. Everything was kept on track by our manager Ron. The entire process was smooth and quick. Even when there were issues, they were fixed promptly and correctly. Very happy we went with Matrix!
Basement finish
Outstanding!!! Every subcontractor was courteous, punctual, and a master at their area of expertise. My family is greatly impressed by the pride in workmanship of the workers and even going so far as to make suggestions that were not part of the initial plan and blueprint. The framers in conjunction with the HVAC, plumber, and electrician moved and rearranged ductwork and plumbing and provided thin disc like ceiling lighting all of which gave us an additional 6 inches of cringe height in the finished basement. Ron did a great job communicating with us and the subcontractors so that the work was done efficiently and as planned. I recommend this company with 5 out 5 stars without hesitation or reservation for any basement or bathroom remodeling you may be planning.
New basement bathroom
Matrix was great to work with. Anytime I had a question about anything I could either use the app or reach out to our project manager Ron and would have a quick response. The day they quoted the job being done and actual finish date was with 2 days which I feel is impressive since we they had to run rip up the basement foundation floor to run all new plumbing. Working with their trades team was great, one in particular was Jeremy the electrician who would text me the night before and give me an ETA on when he would be there, which we appreciate with different work schedules. Would definitely recommend matrix to anyone looking to have work done.
Awesome Work
We really wanted to make this the perfect entertaining and family space in our home and from the start the team of individuals from Ron the project manager to the carpentry team of Grant & Neil to Jeremy the electrician just a bunch of really experienced and awesome people to work with, answering questions, and making sure I was satisfied every step of the way. The basement turned out beautifully and I look forward to the family fun and events for years to come. Would definitely recommend the Matrix team for your next home remodel.

I have nothing but great things to say about our experience working with Matrix Home Solutions. The process was smooth from the very beginning. Everything went up very quickly and we are very happy with the speediness and quality of the work. The framing guys were great by ensuring what went up met what we were looking for. Gerardo was one of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen not only with this project but in general. He came to do the walls, doors, trim, etc. He went above and beyond what we could have imagined. Gerardo was very clear on what his plans were for his work, gave me education on what looks best based on his experience, and always encouraged us not to be shy about pointing things out if they needed to be touched up because he truly wanted customer satisfaction (even if it created more work for him.) He was incredibly respectful coming into our home, very approachable, and professional. Thank you, Gerardo, for everything! Your hard work really made the whole thing come together at the very end!
