Our experience with Matrix Basement Systems was highly satisfactory. Matrix was respectfully accommodating with the project scheduling when changes were needed due to my husband's unexpected health issues. Shaun and Dave were prompt, polite, and friendly. They kept us informed about the project.telling us what to expect on a daily and weekly basis. The finished project has proven to be a clean, bright, and safe play area for five active grandchildren. Thank you!
