Our Experience
We did a tub to walk in shower conversion. My house is 43 years old so walls /floors have all settled so of course that means extra attention to detail. The team was very neat and cleaned up after themselves great. we had a few problems but they were all worked out to our satisfaction. Are crews were great like to send a thank you out to Alberto, Jeff ,Marco, Luis, Kirk, Mauricio. they made sure we were happy with are purchase. Thanks again everyone.
Basement Remodel
Our home was purchased as new construction and completing the unfinished basement seemed overwhelming. After a neighbor had a great experience with Matrix, we explored working with them, took the plunge and are grateful that we did. Matrix provided us with a “One-Stop-Shop” for a very complicated project. Their in-house design team started with our ideas and then came back with recommendations that improved the outcome. The project management team kept all of the trade teams moving like an orchestra conductor, kept us informed throughout the project and effectively dealt with the inevitable “curve-balls” that arose. Bottom-line, I would work with Matrix again and will recommend them to family and friends.
Great Transformation!
We had our basement remodeled by Matrix. They did an amazing job! The framing of the 1,200 square feet was completed in 1 day and all of the supplies was placed in the basement in a timely fashion. Greg was the guy working daily on our project and he was AMAZING! He was very quick, very fast and very nice. I cannot say enough nice things about him. Mark was our field manager and he was quick to answer any questions or concerns we had during the project. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Matrix and the basement looks amazing! We have received so many compliments! Thanks Greg and Mark!

We just had our basement finished by Matrix basements and we were very happy with the process start to finish. Victor was our project manager and he was great. He called us and kept us up to date on everything that was happening and stopped by quite a bit to check on things. Matrix has an app for your phone with a calendar which shows you exactly what days workers will be in and they stayed on schedule. The app also shows you your payments and has all your documentation included. All the guys who came here to work were very polite, professional, clean and did great work. I recommend them!
Love This Team
Matrix ripped out the old tub, gutted the bath area back to the studs, installed new drywall, new acrylic surround, walk-in shower with seat, and new ceiling fan. In and out in one day, with good clean-up after themselves. The Team: Shane, Anton, Vitalli, and Walter.
