Great Transformation!
We had our basement remodeled by Matrix. They did an amazing job! The framing of the 1,200 square feet was completed in 1 day and all of the supplies was placed in the basement in a timely fashion. Greg was the guy working daily on our project and he was AMAZING! He was very quick, very fast and very nice. I cannot say enough nice things about him. Mark was our field manager and he was quick to answer any questions or concerns we had during the project. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Matrix and the basement looks amazing! We have received so many compliments! Thanks Greg and Mark!

We just had our basement finished by Matrix basements and we were very happy with the process start to finish. Victor was our project manager and he was great. He called us and kept us up to date on everything that was happening and stopped by quite a bit to check on things. Matrix has an app for your phone with a calendar which shows you exactly what days workers will be in and they stayed on schedule. The app also shows you your payments and has all your documentation included. All the guys who came here to work were very polite, professional, clean and did great work. I recommend them!
Love This Team
Matrix ripped out the old tub, gutted the bath area back to the studs, installed new drywall, new acrylic surround, walk-in shower with seat, and new ceiling fan. In and out in one day, with good clean-up after themselves. The Team: Shane, Anton, Vitalli, and Walter.

Matrix Offered Options The Others Didn't
We had several people over to give us options on how to renovate our basement. Stuck in the 80s. Matrix offered options the others didn't. Make suggestions that improved our ideas. The crews they use are great. Prompt. Courteous. Always asked if we had questions and listened to our requests..Very Satisfied.

A Job Well-Done
Matrix Bathroom Systems made this experience a pleasure. After negative work with another company for a kitchen remodel I was hesitant to do any project. However, our original contact with Kyle C. Was so positive and professional my worries went away. The team that did the mold mitigation, removal and install were so neat, quiet, and respectful of the houseputting down tarps and impeccable clean-up. Shane, the concierge, was there to answer questions, check on progress, and generally be a really great representative for Matrix. Im going to start saving up again for another project.
