My basement is almost finished and I didn't want to wait to say how pleased I am with the results. I had a small section of my basement turned into the bedroom. I decided to start small and see how well the work was done before I did the rest of the bedroom. I think I will be having the rest done soon! The room is turning out great! The "drywall look" of the finished product is even better than I expected! The real reason for this note though is to compliment you on the men you hire! Every one that has been here has been so courteous! And they keep things so neat! They clean up after themselves every day! The way they put plastic over everything- even in the garage when they were cutting the panels was very impressive and appreciated. I especially wanted to thank Alex and Jose who were here several days installing the walls, etc. Juan and Jose who came to clean up were also wonderful. They helped me get everything back where it belonged, so I wanted to thank them too. I didn't get the name of the electrician who came, but he was easy to work with. You work so quickly, quietly and efficiently I didn't have time to get to know all your names. I don't know how you go about hiring the people you hire, but you do a great job! We had our basement finished by Matrix a month ago and we are loving our new basement! The product is water and mold proof and that is why we chose Matrix. We get occasional seapage when it rains hard. Recently we had a small amount of water in our basement and the walls were not affected at all! We have the carpet squares that Matrix provides and we just pulled up a few tiles and put them back down. If we would have installed drywall and a roll of carpet we would have been tearing it out. The workers were great and the staff was very informative and kept us updated throughout the process. Overall it was one of the best home improvement experiences we've had.

If you are looking to have your basement finished the only name you need to remember is Matrix. These guys are definitely head and shoulders above any other company out there. They go above and beyond with regard to customer service and were right on track from our first meeting. Greg, Justin, Andrew and Andrew's team were extremely courteous and cooperative. The entire crew was very clean and professional during the entire process and even came out after the project was complete to finalize things and make sure we were 100% satisfied. Customer service was excellent. I was very pleased when Nick and Brian kept in touch during the entire construction. Mario and Gabriel were both helpful and courteous.
