Our experience with Matrix Basement Systems was highly satisfactory. Matrix was respectfully accommodating with the project scheduling when changes were needed due to my husband's unexpected health issues. Shaun and Dave were prompt, polite, and friendly. They kept us informed about the project.telling us what to expect on a daily and weekly basis. The finished project has proven to be a clean, bright, and safe play area for five active grandchildren. Getting the project figured out!
My husband and I have had three meetings with Matrix. the first was to visit a neighbor's house that had recently had Matrix finish their basement. We talked to the Matrix person and set up a time the next week to have them estimate our possible basement job. We liked the project and accepted the job. After the plans were drawn up, we had another home visit to take more pictures of our basement and OK the plans. We are in that stage now, and soon we'll be having our basement finished off, exactly as we envisioned.

We are in the pre-installation stage. From visiting our first open house to now and finalizing the plans we are extremely happy. We have had experience dealing with other companies and contractors and Matrix has made it a seamless experience. We never have to wonder what happens next. There are no hidden surprises. It is exactly how they tell you it will be. The financing part of it was a breeze. They work with every budget. We told the what we wanted in our dream basement and they designed something wonderful around our budget! Thank you Matrix!
