I had my basement remodeled. The experience from beginning to end was a smooth process. The basement was even completed faster than I had expected. I would give fives stars except that the pricing still seemed high based on what I had done. Also, so of the finishing workmanship could improve also. Other than that I am very happy with my basement.

I'm halfway through the process and the staff has been very professional and have kept their word on timing and information that they have given me thus far my remodel begins at the end of February can't wait!

Matrix Basement System is a company that has an excellent product and excellent communication and excellent work ethic. Each person that is a part of this team was thorough and willing to meet our needs. The process of having contractors working in my home on a daily basis for weeks was made manageable because of their excellent communication. I felt very comfortable trusting Matrix with all aspects of my finished basement.

We were very pleased with the work that the Matrix team did to help us finish our basement. From the initial account contact to defining our requirements to communicating progress Matrix was nothing but the best. They were professional, friendly, flexible in managing our change requests and working with the local township for permits and inspection activities. I would definitely go with Matrix again if I had any future basement finishing projects planned.
