My girlfriend and I had Matt come in and give us a quote for our basement. We had no idea what we would all learn from this visit but Matt was excellent. He was very professional and gave us all the information that we needed and then some! We unfortunately were not able to provide Matt with our business today due to finances, but we look forward to that opportunity in the future.
Great first experience with Matrix
This is a rating for the first contact with Matrix Basement Systems. The sales rep. Dan was prompt and professional. After listening to our ideas and wants, he inspected our basement and took measurements and pictures. He was knowledgeable and explained what could be done and on what timetable we were looking at. We signed up for their service, and are anticipating a great outcome.

My wife and I were tired of looking at our UGLY unfinished basement so we decided to meet with Matrix after visting one of their open houses. We were very impressed with what we saw - along with the quality of their craftsmanship! After interviewing several other companies we chose Matrix. Matrix made it easy to plan, design and finance our new basement. I even took advantage of their same day discount (saved me over $6,000). Their consultant (Drew) was so knowledgeable about basements and really helped us make smart choices. I only wish they did kitchens too! Thanks Matrix!

I was very impressed with Matrix. Drew is an amazing sales rep and was very educationtional and exceptional at his job. He made us feel very comfortable and excited to get our basement finished , especially with Matrix and the Matrix wall system!
MATRIX IS GREAT!
Stellar craftsmanship and professionalism. They cleaned up every single day, even when we told them that's unnecessary as it's contained in the basement they still did, every day. The job was on budget, on time, and competitively priced. I've referred them to multiple people already. If I had another basement I wouldn't hesitate for one second to use them! They provided great financing options, great customer service, and a huge variety of finishes too. What else can I say?! Matrix was great!

I just completed a basement project with Matrix. I had a great experience from start to finish and couldn't be happier with the finished room. From the planning, scheduling and work, the team was responsive, professional and a pleasure to work with. They answered my questions and concerns quickly and the contractors who were here to do the work kept the areas clean, communicated well about what they were doing and when they would be in the house, and I love the quality of work. Financing options
Matrix has excellent financing options for your project. The financial part would not be an issue for sure!
