Matrix Basement Finishing Systems created a great area for our family and friends to enjoy. Their quality of work and professionalism is superb, and they completed our basement on time and on budget! We were really impressed with their overall quality of work and attention to detail. Their lead supervisor Victor was attentive and engaged throughout the entire project to ensure each facet of the job was not only finished but completed correctly. Temo, our lead installer was excellent in his approach to everything from framing the walls, installing the doors and cabinetry, and installing the window and drywall. Also, their electricians and plumbers did a great job and were always on time and met their required schedules. Overall, we are incredibly pleased with the entire project as each team member was professional, thorough and courteous. The quality and workmanship typified their dedication in ensuring customer satisfaction. Matrix is a great contractor, provides quality workmanship, and we are very satisfied with our finished basement!

Exceptional Work!
I had the pleasure of working with MATRIX Basement Systems. Every step in the process was completed with consideration not only to my desires but also in consideration of my health needs. I am mycotoxin toxic. Throughout the project, adjustments were made to keep me safe and protected now and in the future. I have little understanding of the construction process and definitely cannot visualize space or design. Drew, the Design Consultant listened carefully to why I was completing the project. Then he offered ideas and counsel that fulfilled my construction goals. Drew saw what I could not see. Brian, the Project Manager, an expert of all aspects of basement systems, was so kind and patient as he matched what I wanted with what I could afford. The construction diagrams were clear and detailed. Brian remained available to provide customer support throughout the project. Victor, the Project Field Manager, was exceptional. Knowledgeable in all areas of construction he assured every aspect of the job was completed to standard, every question was thoroughly answered, and every concern fully addressed. Each of MATRIX’s skilled workers and service providers consistently demonstrated high quality work with attention to details. Providers were never too busy to answer a question or explain what was completed on any given day. The final outcome of the project exceeded all expectations.
Outstanding Job!!
From start to finish the folks at Matrix Basement Systems did an outstanding job building out my unfinished basement. I am particularly pleased with the communications process using the Buildertrend site and communications with the job foreman Victor. I knew exactly what was going on in advance, and when I had questions the responses were prompt and detailed. Also, the quality of work was very good, the delays were minimal, and the only costs for change orders were things I added. I highly recommend Matrix!
Excellent work
Matrix did excellent work on my basement, keeping the project moving for electrical, plumbing, finishing, Hvac. It was nice to have one person to talk to and get everything done. The final project looked great and there were no delays, confusion, or misunderstandings.
