Tim works on the Inside Sales Team at Matrix. Recently joining the company in February 2022, he has been working in sales for over 5 years coming from a background in the mortgage industry. Tim has hit the ground running since working with Matrix being a consistent top performer in his first few months. The main reason he transitioned his career to Matrix is because he was looking for a new challenge to use his people skills in a new industry with a company that is ambitiously growing.

“I love connecting with potential clients and talking them through the first steps of starting their dream home remodeling project. I don’t view my role as selling a product, but more so as guiding and educating our customers to why Matrix will be a great fit. I love that Matrix has aggressive sales goals; I come into the office every morning eager and motivated to contribute while finding ways to continually better my craft. This is an environment where you get out what you put in and I love that I’m surrounded by people with a “do-more” mentality. Leadership is also very much in-tune with what’s going on and have been approachable and supportive since day one.”

Outside of the office, Tim is a huge sports fan, particularly of New York Yankees baseball. He loves spending time with his wife, daughter, and his pup as well as being outdoors. He is also an avid distance runner and hopes to run a marathon in under 3 hours in the near future. And finally, if you ever slide him a cold brew coffee, he would be most appreciative.
