My name is Josh Yager and I am the Vice President of Direct Marketing at Matrix Home Solutions. I have over 13 years of experience in sales and marketing and over 10 years of experience specifically in the remodeling industry. I specialize in direct marketing and sales training and I am responsible for educating our leadership team to provide the best training, atmosphere, and culture in the industry. I have influenced some of the most progressive business systems, sales techniques and scripting, to develop marketing plans and programs at the largest home improvement companies in the country.

I have made it a career goal to influence all my team members to become well-rounded professionals and have adopted the adage “you build people, and people build your business.”

I joined Matrix because it is a growing company and thought that my influence and experience could make a massive impact. I am inspired daily by my wife and three children/stepchildren. In my free time I love to travel with my family and look forward to my first visit to Colorado in June!
